    Down the road how would your support help us?

    We have a dedicated support team. We always try to respond as soon as we can.

    Will your support would be available after I purchase a theme license?

    Yup, Obviously. As soon as you purchase a theme, within 24 hours your would receive a follow up from our customer support asking about your needs. If not you can drop us an email at support@diziana.com

    How long I can use your support if I purchase a Diziana Theme club plan?

    You get 90 days technical support to get any bug fixes exist in our code. In case, Zendesk make any updates our support team would be available of offer any help regarding the updates. 

    After integration would your support would be available to do changes?

    That depends on the nature of the change. If its minor UI change of update that takes not more than 2 hours dev, we would do it with no cost. For major feature updates, we need to look at the requirement and send you the cost based on the dev hours it would take.

    How can we manage the HC changes if our own team want to do it from himself ?

    With every purchase, you get a user manual. That user manual contains the steps  that would illustrate you how to do to minor UI changes. (image changes, hero image changes etc)
